Sophomore Dean Kamenev had an impressive weekend at the ITA Cup in both the singles and doubles draws. Kamenev earned an at-large bid to the singles draw and made the most of his opportunity. He dethroned the No. 1 seed and defending ITA Cup singles champion in the opening round and took down the No. 4 seed as well in his journey to the Singles Finals. Kamenev fell just short in his quest to win the ITA Cup Singles, falling to the No. 2 seed, Jordan Theron, in the finals in two sets. Kamenev also reached the finals in the doubles draw, partnered with senior Nolan Shah. The duo ripped through the doubles draw, before falling in the finals match in two sets.
