For the opening rounds, the Eagles will head to Lexington, Virginia and be part of a five-team pod at Washington & Lee University. Emory (16-5) received a first-round bye in the tournament and will await the winner of No. 45 ranked Stevens (13-6) and Goucher (14-8) in the second round. The Eagles finished third in the highly contested UAA while Stevens captured the MAC Freedom conference championship and Goucher punched their ticket by virtue of the Landmark Conference crown.

Joining those three teams at WLU will be the host No. 28 Generals (17-7), winners of the ODAC title, and the No. 13 ranked Sewanee Tigers (20-4) which claimed another SAA tournament championship.

Emory's second round match will take place on Saturday, May 11 with the Round 16 match to occur on Sunday, May 12 with a spot to St. Louis for the national quarterfinals on the line.

This is Emory's 34th consecutive trip to the NCAA postseason with the Eagles in search of their seventh national championship in program history and first since 2021. Emory is coming off back-to-back trips to the quarterfinals in 2022 and 2023.

Along with team selections, individual selections to the NCAA Championships will be announced on Wednesday, May 8.
