Senior Penelope Helm won two individual events on Saturday as the Eagles cruised past Birmingham-Southern in dual meet competition. Helm was a winner in the 200 Freestyle (1:53.98) and 500 Freestyle (5:08.73), while her B relay team tied with Emory's A team in the 400 Freestyle at 3:34.68. Nationally, Helm now ranks second in the 200 and fifth in the 500 following her weekend performance, while the relay time was the fourth fastest so far in DIII.
