Senior Penelope Helm led the Eagles this past weekend at the Denison Invitational, helping the team to a third place team finish. Helm finished among the top-four in all six events she competed in, including a pair of second-place efforts in the 200 Freestyle (1:50.60) and as a member of the 400 Freestyle Relay (3:25.37), and recorded five NCAA B Cuts. Both times represent the fifth-fastest marks so far in Division III. Additionally, Helm was third in the 100 Freestyle (51.74) and fourth in the 500 Freestyle (4:56.13), with her time in the 500 moving her to 4th in the nation. Helm concluded her weekend as part of the third place 400 Medley (3:45.82) and 800 Freestyle (7:31.38) relay teams with both times being the fifth-fastest nationally.
