Lauren Naylor joined the Emory University Department of Athletics and Recreation in July 2023 as the Coordinator of Athletic Equipment and Event Operations.

Naylor joins the Emory staff following a stint with the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League. With the Colts, she served as one of the team's equipment managers, coordinating daily training and weekly operations in the equipment room, including inventorying, storing, printing, and distributing practice and game gear for players, coaches, and staff.

Prior to her time with the Colts, Naylor was the Director of Operations for the Berry College football team while she was an undergraduate student. With the Vikings, she oversaw all administrative aspects including organizing team trips and hosting special guests of the program and was in charge of planning all special events including two annual gatherings of 500 guests, bringing in more than 120 prospective students and their families to campus each year. In addition, she organized all summer camp logistics including registration, housing, and meals.

She graduated from Berry College in May of 2020 with a degree in Sports Administration.
