Freshman (2008):

Cohn earned a spot on the all-UAA second team during his first season as an Eagle, batting .381 with a home run and five runs batted in during the six-game conference tournament.  Cohn played in all 37 games during his freshman campaign, making a start in every game but one, and batting .361 with one home run, 21 RBIs, and 25 runs scored.  He was second on the team with 21 stolen bases on 26 attempts, and led the team with five sacrifice bunts.  Cohn finished his season with an Emory-best 19-game hitting streak, batting .380 (30-for-79) during the stretch.  The freshman made just one error at first base during the season, good for a .997 fielding percentage.  Cohn hit his first career home run during the Eagles' 8-7 loss to Washington University (Mo.) on March 14th.
