Junior (2012):

Sankey set new career highs in games played (23), starts (nine), hits (eight), runs batted in (four), doubles (two) and runs scored (six) during his junior season.  He went two-for-four with a double and two RBIs against Piedmont College on April 1st.  Sankey also added multiple-hit games against Huntingdon College on March 25th and Piedmont on March 31st.  Sankey hit .267 (eight-for-30) as a starter during the year.  

Sophomore (2011):

Sankey played in 18 games off the bench for Emory during the 2011 campaign.  He picked up his first collegiate hit and RBI on February 27th against Marietta College.  Sankey finished the year batting .200 (two-for-10). 

Freshman (2010):

Sankey appeared in nine games off the bench for Emory during his freshman season.  Despite not registering a hit, Sankey was able to score four runs over six at-bats, and was hit by two pitches during the season.

Prior to Emory:

Played on the Marcos de Niza High School baseball team for four season... Two-time first team all-region honoree... Selected to the Tempe All-City Baseball Team in 2009... Coached by Feliepe Becerra in high school... Also played ice hockey and ran cross country in high school... Was named to the all-state second team for ice hockey in 2008.

Personal:

Born September 28, 1990... Plays on the Emory club ice hockey team... Won the City of Tempe Top Teen Award in 2009.
