Senior (2014):

Kahn finished his senior season with a .365 batting average, scoring 55 runs (tied for the fourth-most in a single season in the program’s history) and driving in 17, while collecting nine doubles, two triples, and 17 stolen bases on 20 attempts.  He notched a .441 slugging percentage and a .466 on base percentage during his 43 games played, which included 41 starts, splitting time between shortstop and second base.  The middle infielder was named to the NCAA All-Tournament team, after batting a team-high .476 (10-for-21) with eight runs scored, seven RBIs and five stolen bases on as many attempts.  Included in his postseason performance was a three-for-four game with five RBIs, along with a double and a triple, against Southern Maine.  Kahn was tied for third on the team with 23 multiple-hit games during the season, and recorded a season-best 12 game hitting streak from April 1^st through May 16^th.  He finished his two-year Emory career 10^th in the program’s history with a .456 on base percentage and 14^th with a .349 batting average.

Junior (2013):

Kahn made an immediate impact on the Eagles during his first season on the team, earning selections to the all-University Athletic Association (UAA) Second Team and the All-UAA Tournament Team.  Kahn was also the only Eagle in 2013 to be named to a D3Baseball.com Team of the Week (April 1^st) and was named the UAA Athlete of the Week of March 11^th.  He started 38 games at shortstop for Emory, batting .328 with 14 RBIs, and leading all Eagles with 40 runs scored, three triples, 24 stolen bases, a .438 slugging percentage and a .442 on base percentage.  He also notched nine doubles during the year, and was tied for the team lead with 12 extra base hits.  Among all Division III players in 2013, Kahn was ranked 82^nd with 1.05 runs per game, 40^th with 0.63 stolen bases per game, 45^th in stolen bases and 48^th with 14 hit-by-pitches (the second-most by an Eagle ever in a single season).  He batted .357 (10-for-28) against lefties, .350 (21-for-60) with men on base, and .341 (14-for-41) with runners in scoring position.  Kahn recorded a 14-game hitting streak (the second-longest by an Eagle during the year) from March 10^th through April 7^th, and scored at least one run in 10-straight games from March 15^th through April 7^th.  He had 12 multiple hit games and four multiple RBI games during the year.  The junior was three-for-four with three RBIs against Hendrix on April 6^th, matching a school record with two triples, and totaling eight bases, the second-most in a game school history.  Against Birmingham-Southern on March 6^th, he was two-for-three with four stolen bases, also the second-most in a game in school history.  During the eight-game UAA Tournament, Kahn hit .407 (11-for-27) with eight runs scored and a pair of doubles, earning a spot on the All-Tournament team.  Kahn recorded a .944 fielding percentage at shortstop during the year, committing just 10 errors, including an 11-game errorless streak from March 14^th through April 6^th.

Prior to Emory:

Played on the Chattahoochee Valley Community College baseball team for two seasons prior to coming to Emory... Batted .255 with 18 RBIs in 2012, and .286 with three home runs and 26 RBIs in 2011... Was a four-year player for Woodward Academy in high school, serving as the team captain during his senior year... An All-State player from 2009-10, and a Gold Glove winner from 2008-10... Helped his team to three region championships... Was coached by Jim Minor... Also played basketball in high school.
