Emory University junior first baseman and designated hitter Ben Vizvary drove in a team-best five runs for the 26th-ranked Eagles last week, with the team going undefeated in each of his three starts. Vizvary hit .417 (five-for-12) with with three runs scored and two doubles. As the designated hitter on Friday night at Huntingdon College, he helped Emory to a 13-2 win by going three-for-five with a runs scored and two runs batted in. VIzvary then went one-for-three with a double in the first game of a doubleheader against Huntingdon on Saturday in Atlanta, driving in three runs and scoring one to lead the Eagles to a 6-4 victory. He wrapped up his week by going one-for-three including a double and a run scored, in the late game of the doubleheader, a 6-1 Eagles win. Vizvary is hitting .340 this season with 15 runs batted in and nine runs scored, including eight doubles and a .500 slugging percentage. Emory went 3-1 during the week, improving to 19-10 overall.
