Emory University goalkeeper Trenton Spindler allowed just one goal in 180 minutes played during two Emory victories last week.  Spindler picked up his first career shutout during the Eagles' 1-0 win over Methodist University, converting three saves in the process.  During Emory's 2-1 win over Eastern Mennonite University, the sophomore made five saves and allowed just one goal.  Spindler went 2-0-0 with a 0.50 goals against average and eight saves over the two contests, improving to 3-1-0 on the season with a 0.86 GAA.  His play in goal has helped the Eagles pick up three-consecutive wins to improve to 3-1-0 this season.
