Emory University goalkeeper Trenton Spindler helped lead Emory to a 1-0-1 record through two games last weekend. Spindler played all 110 minutes of Emory's 2-2 tie with #11 Carnegie Mellon University, making a career-high ten saves. The sophomore returned the next day to record his fifth shutout of the season with four saves in a 1-0 win over the University of the South. Spindler had a goals against average of 0.90 during the two games, and a save percentage of .875. Spindler started every game for the Eagles during the 2009 campaign, finishing with a 12-4-2 record and a 0.85 goals against average.
