The Emory University men's soccer team will be in search of its
sixth-consecutive victory Wednesday night, as the Eagles will
travel to Demorest, GA to take on Piedmont College at 7:00 PM.
The Eagles will enter the match with a 5-1-0 record this season,
including five-consecutive victories. Emory is ranked seventh
in the South Atlantic Region, and is 4-0-0 in road and neutral
matches this season.
Piedmont currently stands at 3-1-1 on the season, including a 3-1-0
record at home. The Lions are coming off a 1-1 tie against
Maryville College on September 19th.
Emory is 9-2-0 all-time against Piedmont, including
five-consecutive wins in the series. Last season, the Eagles
defeated the Lions 4-0 at the WoodPEC. Sophomore
Bryan Fedner and junior Frank
Hapak each have goals during their careers against
Piedmont.
