Emory University senior Adam Waxman helped lead the Eagles’ defense to its team-record ninth-consecutive shutout, during a 1-0 win over the University of Chicago.  Waxman played all 90 minutes of the contest, allowing just seven total shots and four shots on goal.  It was the 10^th shutout overall this season for the Eagles’ defense, which has not allowed a goal over the last 903 minutes and 44 seconds of game time.  Waxman and the Emory backline has allowed just one goal over 11 games this season for a 0.09 goals-against average, the second-lowest mark among all Division III teams this season.  Waxman and the rest of the Eagles have a 10-0-1 record during the campaign, and currently sit in a three-way tie for first place in the University Athletic Association.
