Senior (2011):

Schlang did not appear in a game for Emory during his senior season.

Redshirt Sophomore (2009):

Schlang took a medical redshirt his sophomore year, after suffering a season-ending injury during the second game of the campaign.  Prior to getting injured in the contest against the University of the Ozarks on September 5th, Schlang assisted on the game-winning goal for his only point of the season.

Freshman (2008):

Schlang was named the University Athletic Association (UAA) Rookie of the Year, becoming the second Eagle to garner the honor.  He was named an honorable mention to the all-UAA team as well, scoring three goals and three assists for nine points, including three game-winning goals and one game-winning assist, in conference matches.  Starting four of the 18 games he played in during the season, Schlang was second on the team with nine goals and 23 points, and led all Emory players with five game-winning goals.  He began his Emory career with a five-point performance (two goals and one assist) against Guilford College, and recorded three-point matches (one goal and one assist) against Methodist University on August 31st and the University of Chicago on October 4th.

Prior to Emory:

Played for three seasons on the Cooper City High School soccer team, serving as the team captain in 2006 and 2007... Earned the team's Most Valuable Player honor in 2006 and 2007, and was the squad's leading goal scorer in 2005 and 2006... Set a school record for most goals in a single game, with seven during a 2005 match... Coached by Ricky McBride in high school... Also played for the Futsoc USA club team from 2006-08, where he was coached by Jose Tamayo.
