Emory University freshman Matt Sherr scored a late game-tying goal during his collegiate debut against Brewton-Parker College on Friday.  Sherr helped the Eagles to a 1-1 tie against the Barons, coming off the bench to score the match equalizer in the 85^th minute on a shot inside the box off a deflection.  He finished the game with two shots, both of which were on goal.  The following day, during a 1-0 overtime loss to Kean University, Sherr took two shots, one of which was on goal.  Sherr was named to the Sonny Carter Invitational All-Tournament team for his efforts over the two games.  The Eagles finished third at the Sonny Carter Invitational during the weekend with a 0-1-1 record.
