Emory University junior Carl Credle scored the Eagles’ only goal during a 1-1 double-overtime tie against 15th-ranked Washington University (Mo.) on Sunday afternoon. Credle notched the score, his second of the season, in the 62nd minute of action, banging a shot off the bottom of the crossbar and into the goal. The midfielder played all 110 minutes of the game, taking three shots during the contest. With the tie, Credle and the Eagles now stand at 7-3-1 on the season, including a 0-0-1 record in University Athletic Association (UAA) matches.
