Emory University junior Carl Credle scored his first goal of the season during Sunday’s contest against Centre College. Credle’s only shot of the game came in the 29th minute, when the midfielder launched a shot into the back of the net after a throw in from Leo Ragazzo. He made his first start of the campaign in the game, playing 71 minutes in a 2-1 Emory loss. The Eagles, ranked 25th in Division III, have opened the 2013 season with a 4-2-0 record.
