Senior (2018):

Lone Eagle to start in all 18 contests on the season, tallying two goals and one assist for five points…Helped the Emory defense record seven shutouts…Recorded his first point of the year, an assist, in the team’s 3-0 at Birmingham-Southern on September 19^th…Netted the game-winning in the team’s 4-0 win over Sewanee on September 25^th…Added another goal in the team’s 3-1 win at Berry on October 21^st...Played a season-high 110 minutes against Brandeis on October 14^th and Rochester on November 3^rd.

Junior (2017):

All-University Athletic Association Second Team…Started all 20 games he appeared in for the Eagles as a junior… Was a key figure of an Emory defensive unit that posted a 0.92 goals-against average with nine shutouts while limiting opponents to five shots on goal or fewer in 17 contests…Added three goals and three assists for nine points on the offensive end, all figures representing career-highs…Collected his first career assist on September 2^nd against Pacific Lutheran…Netted the game-winning strike against Berry College on October 22^nd…Named the UAA Defensive Player of the Week on October 2^nd.

Sophomore (2016):

Datené started in 15 games as a sophomore after appearing in a relief role in 11 contests as a freshman…Helped the Emory defense post a 1.20 goals-against average, allowing just 20 goals in 16 games while holding opponents to averages of 10.4 shots and 4.1 shots on goal per game…Finished the season with one goal for two points, scoring his first career goal in the season opener against Texas-Tyler on September 3^rd.

Freshman (2015):

Datené appeared in 11 games during his freshman campaign, making four starts for the Eagles. He started and played 104 minutes, a season-high, in the opener at Oglethorpe on September 1^st. He finished with six shots including one on goal.

Datené was a four year varsity player for Head Coach Chris Cassidy at Hendrick Hudson...Served as team captain as a junior and senior...He finished his career ranked second all-time in goals (39) and points (73)...Four-time All-League selection...Three-time All-Section honoree...Con Edison Scholar Athlete Award winner...Played for the New York Soccer Club team under Noah Ross and was a two-time state semi-finalist.
