My favorite class at Emory and why: Financial Accounting, because it made sense and taught me a lot about how a business operates financially

The people who have helped me most at Emory are and why: Coach Browning has helped me get through things in school and tennis, and the older guys on the team along with some of my fraternity brothers have been good mentors

My most memorable athletic moment was: Beating Ian Chadwell in the Southern Team Championships, helping NC place 2nd.

What I like most about Emory: The general feel of the campus.

My favorite place on the Emory campus: Either my Dorm room or the balcony on the stacks.

The sports teams I followed when I was younger: I'm a Tarheel born and bred (UNC). I also watch the Carolina Panthers when UNC football is lacking (because it usually is).

If I could play in any tennis competition it would be: Wimbledon

If I could play a singles match against anybody, it would be: Andre Agassi

My favorite class at Emory and why: Music Theory, because it explains the intricacies of music and generally why things sound like they do.

The people who have helped me most at Emory are and why: Coach Browning, because he emphasizes the balance of tennis and academics, John Laforge, my voice teacher, because he has helped my voice develop in only a semester, and Professor Cox (Music Theory) for getting me heavily interested in studying more music.

Any pre-match rituals: Drinking lots of water and lemonade Gatorade.

The sport I would be playing if I wasn't playing tennis: Basketball.
