All-UAA First Team at No. 6 singles ... Compiled an overall record

No. 1 doubles along with Michael Goodwin ... Caplan and Goodwin
combined for a mark of 8-1 at the No. 1 doubles position while
Caplan finished with an overall slate of 22-4 in doubles (14-3 with
Hardy Ehlers) ... Ehlers and Caplan advanced to the doubles
championship of the ITA Regionals ... Rattled off seven straight

marathon against John Smetona of Carnegie Mellon in the UAA
