Finished the year with a 4-1 singles record with all of those decisions coming in the 'B' singles of the ITA Regional Championships ... Advanced to the championship match where he fell to teammate Eric Rothschild.

High School: Four-year member of the tennis program at the Brentwood School ... Was coached by Lee Herzog ... Served as his team's captain his junior and senior seasons ... Chalked up an impressive won-lost ledger of 28-4 at No. 1 singles his senior year ... Was selected as his league's MVP his sophomore and senior years ... Helped his program to three CIF championships ... Played No. 3 singles as a junior and racked up a 24-8 record.
