Senior Ian Wagner went 2-0 in both singles and doubles action in helping the No. 4-ranked Eagles to a pair of Saturday victories.
In Emory's 9-0 decision over Kalamazoo College, Wagner recorded a 6-0, 6-0, outcome over Eric DeWitt at No. 4 singles after teaming with classmate Alex Ruderman for an 8-6 triumph at No. 1 doubles. Later on in the day, the tandem of Wagner and Ruderman came away with an 8-2 win over the Rhodes College duo of Daniel Oliver and Jack Patton. Wagner then followed that performance with a 6-2, 6-0, victory against Graham Snowden at No. 4 singles, as Emory rolled to a 9-0 win over the Lynx.
Wagner has a 7-5 singles slate this spring and stands 7-3 in doubles play.
