The Emory University men's tennis team returns home for a pair of Saturday matches. The Eagles open with an 11:00 am encounter against Kalamazoo College before battling Rhodes College that is slated to begin at 3:00 pm.
Saturday's contests will represent Emory's first outdoor competition this spring against Division III competition. The Eagles stand 6-4 in dual action and are coming off an 8-1 loss to NAIA power Auburn-Montgomery earlier in the week.
Junior Rafe Mosetick has been on a roll for the Eagles in singles, capturing his last seven decisions. Mosetick notched the team's lone point in the AUM match, defeating Vincent Dubosclard in straight sets at the No. 2 spot, to boost his spring mark to 8-1. Mosetick has enjoyed a good start in doubles, teaming with freshman David Omsky to manufacture a 7-2 won-lost slate, with eight of the decisions coming at No. 3.
Kalamazoo College sports a 4-3 record and will be competing for the first time since March 7 when it lost at home to Denison. Rhodes College took a 4-3-1 effort into a Friday clash at Piedmont College.
