Prior to Emory:

Was a four year letterwinner for the United Nations International School, serving as the team co-captain in 2008 and 2009... Was named the team's Most Valuable Player in 2008 and 2009, and earned the David Barek Sportsmanship Award in 2008... Recorded career-best times of 23.90 in the 200m Dash, 53.80 seconds in the 400m Dash, and 2:07.00 in the 800m Run... Helped his team to an I.S.A.L. Championship in 2007... Coached by Howard Lindsay... Also played soccer, football and basketball in high school.
