Emory University sophomore Tony Lombardo broke his own school record in the pole vault, clearing a height of 4.60 meters in the event at the Tiger Paw Invitational.  The height broke his previous school record of 4.45 meters, which he both set and matched earlier in the season.  Lombardo finished third overall at the event, while facing mostly NCAA Division I competition at the meet hosted by Clemson University.
