Prior to Emory:

Four-year member of the cross country and track and field program at Lower Merion High School ... Top 5K time was a 16:42 while his best showing in the 1600 meters was a 4:42 ... As a junior he helped his team to a Central League Championship.

Personal:

Born May 11, 1992... Also a member of the Emory cross country team.
