Emory University junior Stephen Ellwood recorded the best mile time by an Eagle this season at the Vulcan Invitational last weekend.  Ellwood’s time of 4:21.52 was good for a 12^th-place finish at the meet, ranking eighth among all University Athletic Association (UAA) runners this season and 10^th in school history.  Ellwood also ran the mile on the Eagles’ distance medley relay team, which finished 11^th with a time of 10:35.91.
