Emory University freshman Gui Silva recorded his season-best times in two events at the Johnson C. Smith Invitational last weekend.  Silva finished 14^th in the 400-meter dash with a time of 50.03 seconds, the best time of the season by an Eagle, and the third-best time by a UAA runner this year.  In the 100-meter dash, he finished 26^th with his season-best time of 11.61 seconds, the 11^th-best mark in the UAA in 2012.
