Emory University will split its squad between two different outdoor track and field meets this weekend, heading to Durham, NC for the Duke Invitational and Auburn, AL for the Tiger Track Classic on Friday and Saturday.
The Eagles are currently scheduled to send the majority of their mid-distance and distance runners to the Duke Invitational. The track events at the meet are slated for a 1:30 PM start on Friday, April 6th, and a 9:45 AM start on Saturday, April 7th. Fans can follow the action at the meet with live results, and live video. There will be a fee to watch the live video.
Emory is also scheduled to send a contingent of athletes to the Tiger Track Classic on Friday and Saturday, hosted by Auburn University. The hammer throw and javelin will be contested on Friday, starting at 4:00 PM, while the rest of the events will be held on Saturday, starting at 11:00 AM. Results from both meets and a recap will be posted following the completion of competition on Saturday.
