Lettered for four seasons in outdoor track and two seasons in indoor track, while at Fairfield Ludlowe High School... Served as the team captain for the outdoor season in 2009 and 2010... Earned all-conference honors in the high jump, the 600-meter run, and the 4x800-meter relay while in high school... Recorded career-best times of 5'10" in the high jump, 51.9 seconds in the 400-meter dash and 1:27 in the 600-meter run... Coached by Dave Nulf and Amanda Parrish... Also played soccer and basketball.
