Was a three-year member of the TMI - The Episcopal School of Texas Track and Field team, serving as the team captain during his senior year... Won the district championship in the 100-meter dash in 2014... Named to the Academic All-State team in 2013 and 2014... Recorded career-best times of 10.89 seconds in the 100-meter dash and 22.59 in the 200-meter dash... Coached by Leland Goertz... Also played tennis in high school.
