Saw action in three competitions, the Bulldog Stampede (Sept. 22),
Tiger Twilight (Oct. 12) and the UAA Championships (Oct. 27).
Junior (2006):
Competed in five meets ... Best time was a 27:19 at the Crimson
Classic (Sept. 15) that placed him fifth among Emory runners and
41st overall in the 120-runner field ... Posted a 19th-place finish
out of 109 runners at the Great American Cross Country Festival
(Sept. 23) ... No. 5 Emory finisher and was 37th among 152 harriers
at the Sewanee Invitational (Sept. 2) with a mark of 28:15
Sophomore (2005):
The sophomore finished in the top seven for the Eagles in every
meet ... Ran a career-best time of 26:40 at the NCAA Regional meet,
finishing as the fifth man for the team ... His season-average time
of 27:41 is more than a minute faster than his 2004 average ...
Named the team's Most Improved Athlete.
Freshman (2004):
Ran a season-best time of 27 minutes and 49 seconds at the Georgia
State Championships .. Finished in the top 10 for the Eagles in
five out of the nine meets this season including the UAA
