Freshman (2016):
Competed in four events ... Top 8k time was a 27:40 at the JSU Foothills Invitational ... Chalked up a 27:45 at the Falcon Classic that placed 66th out 136 entries ... Also raced at the season-opening Watermelon Run (29:41) and the Furman Classic (28:55).

High School:
Four-year competitor on both the cross country and track and field teams at Adlai Stevenson High School ... Top 1,600-meter time was a 4:39 and his his best 800-meter effort was 2:03 ... Was coached by John Schauble ... IHSA All-Academic Team member for both cross country and track.

Personal:
Son of Neal and Tracie Bloomfield ... Born May 7.
