Junior (2016):
Competed in four meets ... Top 8k time was a 26:50 at the Falcon Classic that placed fourth among the Emory contingent at 39th out of 136 runners ... Also hit the course at the Furman Classic, Greater Louisville Classic and the Inter-Regional Border Battle. 

Sophomore (2015):
Ran in seven of the team's eight meets ... Scored for the Eagles in five competitions ... Recorded a personal-best 8K time of 25:45 at the AAE Invitational that placed third on the team and 81st out of 419 runners ... Helped Emory defend its title and raced to all-region honors after crossing the finish line in the No. 23 spot overall (fifth on the team) at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships in a time of 27:06 ... Eagles' No. 3 finished at the UAA Championships, turning in a time of 25:55 that represented his second-fastest 8K mark ... Second among the Emory pack and 21st in a 174-runner field at the Furman Classic (26:24).

Freshman (2014):
Saw action in three competitions ... Best outing was a 29:25 at the Gulf Coast Stampede ... Also ran at the Furman Classic (29:28) and the Berry Clara Bowl Invitational (31:23). 

High School:
Earned a total of eight letters in winter and spring track at Watchung Hills Regional High School ... Served as captain of his spring track squad as a senior ... Ran a personal-best of 1:58 in the 800 meters that ranked as the program's all-time record ... His top time of 4:25 in the 1600 meters slotted No. 4 on the school's all-time chart ... Also played on the soccer team ... Member of the National Honor Society.
