Senior (2016):
Final season of action saw him take part in five competitions ... Season-best 8k effort was a 27:38 at the Falcon Classic ... Scored as the Eagles' No. 5 runner and ranked 60th out of 189 runners at the Berry Invitational, clocking a 27:52 ... Also competed at the season-open Watermelon Run (29:52), the Furman Classic (28:36) and the JSU Foothills Invitational (28:10). 

Junior (2015):
Took part in three meets ... Finished 69th overall out of 174 runners at the Furman Classic with an 8K mark of 28:10 ... Competed at the Charlotte Invitational (28:55) and the four-mile Emory-Berry Watermelon Run. 

Sophomore (2014):
Ran in six of the Eagles' eight events ... Notched a personal-best 8K time of 26:54 at the UAA Championships ... Second-top outing of the campaign came at the JSU Foothills Invitational (27:17) ... No. 6 among the Emory pack and 20th in a 62-runner field at the Gulf Coast Stampede (27:29). 

Freshman (2013):
Competed in four events ... Was Emory's No. 5 runner and 39th overall out of 142 runners at the Furman Classic, clocking a season-best 8K time of 27:01 ... Turned in a mark of 27:44 at both the Charlotte Invitational and Greater Louisville Classic, finishing 49th overall out of 115 entries in the former ... Also raced in the Sewanee Invitational. 

High School:
Captured four letters in both cross country and track and field at Union Grove High School ... Three-time captain ... Was coached by Eric Daugherty ... Posted a personal-best time of 4:21 in the 1600 meters at the 2013 GHSA 5A State Championship, good for fourth place ... Crossed the finish line in sixth place in the 3200 meters with an effort of 9:38.6 ... Helped Union Grove HS to county championships ... Recipient of the Wendy's Heisman in 2012.
