Junior (2016):
Raced in four meets and scored for the Eagles on two occasions ... Recorded a personal-best 8k effort of 27:08 at the JSU Foothills Invitational that placed second on the team and 51st out of 161 runners ... Second among the Emory pack and 29th in the 189-runner field at the Berry Invitational, crossing the finish line in 27:09 ... Also took part in the Watermelon Run and the Falcon Clasic.

Sophomore (2015):
Competed in the Emory-Berry Watermelon Run, posting a four-mile time of 23:16 ... Took part in the Furman Classic where he checked in with an 8K effort of 28:54. 

High School:
Captured three letters in cross country, two in winter track and three in spring track at Westfield High School ... As a senior he captained the men's cross country team ... First Team All-Union County in cross country his final year of action ... Personal-best effort of 16:14 in the 5150 meters came at the 2013 Union County Championships and placed fourth overall ... Helped WHS to a second-place finish in the 2014 State Group 4 Championships ... His best showing in the 1600 meters was a 4:22 ... Was the 2013 Union County and sectional champion in the 3200 meters ... WHS won the North 2 Group 4 Sectional title in 2012 ... Was a member of the 4 x 1600 meter relay team that finished first at the county championships ... Recipient of the Clarkson Memorial Award.
