Captured three letters in cross country, two in winter track and three in spring track at Westfield High School ... As a senior he captained the men's cross country team ... First Team All-Union County in cross country his final year of action ... Personal-best effort of 16:14 in the 5150 meters came at the 2013 Union County Championships and placed fourth overall ... Helped WHS to a second-place finish in the 2014 State Group 4 Championships ... His best showing in the 1600 meters was a 4:22 ...
