Senior (2016):
Took to the course in seven meets ... Ranked among the Eagles' top-five runners on three occasions ... Top 8k time of the campaign was a 25:09 (second-best career effort) at the Inter-Regional Border Battle in New Jersey that placed him fourth on the team and 74th out of 382 entries ... Team's No. 5 runner at the NCAA Championships ... Part of the contingent at raced at the UAA Championships and the NCAA South/Southeast Region Championships ... Member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

Junior (2015):
Rebounded nicely after injuries slowed him during his sophomore campaign ... Recipient of the program's Coaches' Award, symbolic of dedication, leadership and inspiration ... Figured in the team's scoring in six of eight competitions ... Ranked as the Eagles' No. 3 finisher on four occasions including the NCAA D-III Championships (26:12) ... Helped the Eagles defend their title and brought home all-region kudos in the process after posting a 25th-place out of 203 runners at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships ... Scored for Emory as its No. 4 runner at the UAA Championships, clocking a season-best 8K time of 26:02, which represented his second-fastest mark as an Eagle ... Third on the team and out of 47 entries at the JSU Foothills Invitational (26:05), helping Emory to a first-place finish.

Sophomore (2014):
Competed in two meets ... Logged a time of 29:29 at the Gulf Coast Stampede followed by a 28:32 at the JSU Foothills Invitational. 

Freshman (2013):
Enjoyed a fine first year in the program, running in seven competitions and scoring for the Eagles on six occasions ... Named the team's Rookie of the Year Award winner ... Helped Emory to a second-place finish out of 16 teams at the Furman Classic with a season-best 8K time of 25:27 that ranked first on the squad and eighth overall out of 142 runners ... Competed at the NCAA South/Southeast Region Championships ... Second on the team and 23rd out of 75 entries at the UAA Championships with a time of 26:12 that represented his second-best effort of the season ... Clocked a  26:41 at the Charlotte Invitational that was third on the team and 22nd out of 115 competitors ... Second among the Emory contingent and ninth in a 93-runner field at the 8K Sewanee Invitational.

High School:
Earned three letters in both cross country and track and field at Lord Boteourt High School ... Served as team captain his junior and senior seasons ... Was coached by Peter Walton ... Finished in the No. 8 spot out of 140 runners at the 2012 AA State Championship Meet with a personal-best time of 16:09 in the 5000 meters ... Was named his cross country's team MVP ... Finished runner-up in the Region 3 Championship ...  Posted a seventh-place finish in the 3200 meters at the 2013 AA Outdoor State Championship with a personal-best time of 9:39 ... Top effort in the 1600 meters (outdoor) was a 4:24 his final year.
