Junior (2015)
Fourth-year junior who enjoyed a banner campaign ... Recipient of the team's Most Outstanding Performer Award ... Ranked as Emory's No. 1 runner in all eight competitions ... Named UAA Runner of the Week on three occasions ... Established four personal-best 8K times during the year including his top mark of 25:02 at the UAA Championships, the 10th-fastest time in program history ... Became the program's first performer to garner First Team All-UAA recognition since 2009 after finishing runner-up out of 76 runners at the conference championship ... Named UAA Runner of the Week after finishing first overall out of 203 hopefuls at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championships, the first Eagle to accomplish that feat since 2003 ... Named by the USFTCCCA as the South/Southeast Region Athlete of the Year ... Placed 44th overall out of 419 runners at the AAE Invitational with a performance of 25:21, his second-fastest mark at Emory ... Tabbed as the UAA Runner of the Week after helping the Eagles to a second-place finish out of 11 squads at the Charlotte Invitational by crossing the finish line first out of 107 entries with an 8K time of 25:25 ... UAA Runner of the Week following his performance at the Furman Classic where he ranked fifth out of 174 runners in the Division II, III and NAIA portion of the event with a time of 25:30 ... No. 1 overall finisher at the JSU Foothills Invitational (25:35) ... Named a Track & Field/Cross Country First Team Academic All-American by the College of Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) ... Male recipient of the Emory Athletic Department's 2015-16 Bridges Award, symbolic of the outstanding all-around athlete.

Sophomore (2014):
Fine season that saw him capture the program's Most Valuable Runner Award for the second time in his career ... Ranked among the Eagles' top three finishers in all eight competitions ... Ran to Second Team All-UAA honors following his team-leading 12th-place finish at the conference championships with a mark of 25:42, his second-best time at Emory ... Named the UAA runner of the Week after posting a personal-best 8K time of 25:38, good for the top spot on the team and second overall out of 58 entries, at the JSU Foothills Invitational ... Earned all-region honors after ranking ninth overall (second on the team) out of 201 runners at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships ... Emory's No. 1 finisher and fourth in a 62-runner field at the Gulf Coast Stampede ... Capital One Cross Country/Track and Field Academic All-America Third Team ... USTFCCCA All-Academic Team. 

Sophomore (2013):

Freshman (2012):
Was named the team's Most Valuable Runner and Rookie of the Year after turning in a solid campaign, capped off by participating in the NCAA D-III Championships ... Finished among the top-three Emory runners in all six meets he competed in and was the squad’s top performer on two occasions ... Brought home all-region acclaim after pacing the team and ranking 14th overall out of 160 runners at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships with an 8K time of 26:30 ... Helped the Eagles to a first-place effort at the Gulf Coast Stampede by pacing the team's pack and registering a fourth-place peformance out of 93 entries with an 8K time of 26:31 ...  Team's No. 2 runner and 36th in a field of 376 contestants at the Gibson Family Pre-Nationals with an 8K shwoing of 26:18 ... Top 8K outing was a 26:11 at the UAA Championships.

High School:
Earned three varsity letters in cross country and one in track at Marion High School ... Was coached as a prep by Scott Immerfall and Matt Thornton ... Top 5K time was a school-record 15:47 in October of 2011 at the North Linn Invitational  ... Posted a seventh-place finish at the Class 3A state cross country championship his senior year ... 2011 First Team All-Metro in cross country ... During the track season, he clocked a 4:22 in the 1600 meters ... Class 3A state champion in the 1600 meters ... Helped his team to a Wamac Conference crown by claiming first place in both the 3200 metters and 1600 meters ... Earned all-state recognition his junior and senior seasons ... Two-time academic all-state honoree ... Also played soccer for Marion HS.
