Senior (2016):
Competed in the team's first four meets of the season ... Came through with a personal-best 8k time of 26:32 at the Falcon Classic, good for second place on the team and 34th overall out of 136 runners ... Also took part in the season-opening Watermelon Run (29:44), the Furman Classic (27:50) and the Greater Louisville Classic (27:25).

Junior (2015):
Saw action in six of the team's eight competitions ... Scored for the Eagles in helping them to a second-place finish at the Charlotte Invitational, crossing the finish line in the No. 4 position among the pack and 20th overall out of 107 runners with a personal-best 8K time of 26:43 ... Raced at the UAA Championships and recorded a 26:48, representing his second-best mark ... Ninth overall in the 47-runner field at the JSU Foothills Invitational, finishing with a time of 26:59 ...  Also competed in the four-mile Emory-Berry Watermelon Run, the 8K Furman Classic and the AAE Invitational.

Sophomore (2014):
Ran in two competitions ... Best performance came at the JSU Foothills Invitational where his 27:34 slotted him 32nd out of 58 runners ... Competed at the Gulf Coast Stampede (28:28). 

Freshman (2013):
Competed in three events ... Clocked a season-best 8K time of 27:31 at the Greater Louisville Classic ... Finished third overall out of 48 runners in the Green Race at the Charlotte Invitational with a time of 27:35 ... Also ran at the Sewanee Invitational.

High School:
Earned a total of six letters in cross country and track and field ... Was coached by Bart Sessa ... Top 5k time was a 16:41 his senior season ... Registered a 4:31 in the 1600 meters his senior year ... All-America performer oo the 4x800 relay team ... All-state his senior year in the 4x800 as a senior and was a two time all-county performer in the event ... Helped SHS to county outdoor championships (2012 and 2013) and was a member of the 2012 cross country county champs.
