Senior (2016):
Came through with a big final season for the Eagles ... Named the team's Most Valuable Runner ... Scored in six of his seven competitions and was the squad's No. 1 finisher in the last four meets of the season ... Earned Second Team All-UAA honors after crossing the finish line in the No. 8 position out of 76 runners with a personal-best 8K time of 25:05 ... Raced to all-region honors after pacing the Emory contingent and crossing the finish line in the No. 5 spot in a 208-runner field with a time of 25:34 at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships ... No. 1 on the squad and 69th out of 278 hopefuls at the NCAA Championships with a time of 25:15 that represented his third-best career effort ... Helped Emory to a seventh-place finish out of 43 teams at the Inter-Regional Border Battle in Glassboro, New Jersey, clocking an 8K time of 25:09, which marked his second-best performance for that distance. 

Junior (2015):
Consistent contributor who scored for the Eagles in seven of his eight races ... Recipient of the program's Most Improved Runner Award ... Ranked as the team's No. 2 finisher in his last four competitions ... Recorded three personal-best 8K times during the year including his top mark of 25:32 at the AAE Invitational that was second on the squad and 53rd out of 419 runners ... Helped the Eagles defend their title at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships after placing second on the team while garnering all-region honors following a 19th-place overall finish (26:55) ... Second Emory runner to cross the finish line at the UAA Championships with a showing of 25:43, his second-fastest career time ... Clocked a 26:20 at the Charlotte Invitational that was third on the squad and 13th in the 107-runner field.

Sophomore (2014):
Took part in all eight of Emory's competitions ... Team's No. 6 finisher with an effort of 26:46, his second-best time of the year, at the UAA Championships ... Competed at the D-III Championships and clocked at 26:48 ... Best outing of the campaign was a 26:43 that ranked sixth on the squad and 16th out of 58 hopefuls at the JSU Foothills Invitational.

Freshman (2013):
Took part in eight races ... Posted a season-best time of 26:25 at the Furman Classic, finishing second on the squad and 28th overall out of 142 runners ... Scored for the Eagles at the UAA Championships (26:52) ... Competed for the Eagles at both the NCAA South/Southeast and D-III Championships ... Team's No. 6 runner at the 8K Charlotte Invitational (27:09) and Greater Louisville Classic.

High School:
Three-time letterwinner in both cross country and track and field at Dougherty Valley High School ... Was coached by Stephanie Bambusy ... Two-time team captain on the cross country and track squads ... Named DVHS's Athlete of the Year for 2012-13 ... Recipient of his school's Principal's Award ... Member of the 4x800 relay team that posted a first-place time of 8:15 at the 2013 NCS Meet of Champions ... Personal best 5k effort of 16:29 came as a senior in the CIF State Cross Country Championships ... Also played soccer.
