Junior (2016):
Strong junior season saw him score for Emory in all five of his competitions ... No. 3 Eagle to finish at the NCAA D-III Championships with a personal-best 8k time of 25:38 ... Recipient of the team's named the team's Most Improved Runner Award ... Fourth among the Emory pack and captured all-region honors after posting a 29th-place finish at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships with an effort of 26:37 ... Third on the squad at the UAA Championships, clocking a 25:50.07, which represented his second-best time as a collegian ... No. 3 Emory runner and 29th out of 226 contestants at the Furman Classic (26:07).

Sophomore (2015):
Raced at the Charlotte Invitational where his personal-best 8K time of 27:06 was seventh on the team and 29th out of 107 runners ... Team's No. 5 runner at the four-mile Emory-Berry Watermelon Run (21:38).  

Freshman (2014):
Lone meet that he competed in was the JSU Foothills Invitational where he clocked a time of 27:20 that placed 28th out of 58 runners. 

High School:
Outstanding performer in cross country at track while at Mt. Pisgah Christian ... Team captain as a junior and senior ... Posted a third-place finish out of 112 runners in the 2013 Georgia Class A Private Boys State Championship with a 5K time of 17:10 ... Broke the school record in the 5K, recording a 15:49 at the 2013 Footlocker Southeast Regional Championships in Charlotte, NC, becoming the first Psigah runner to crack the 16-minute mark for that distance ... As a senior, he wn the Region 4-A cross country championship (16:32) ... Named Athlete of the Week by Neighbor Newspapers ... Best effort in the two mile was a 9:24 ... Two-time state runner-up in the 3200 meters.
