My most memorable athletic moment was: Playing center field in high school, while chasing a fly ball, I stepped in a huge hole and fell. But I got back up and still caught the ball.

My most memorable Emory athletic moment:  At UAA's, I had a great hit off of our great rival WASH U's star pitcher - however, I'm sure it was because earlier in that at-bat I missed a very important signal from Coach, a mistake which I'm sure led to the insane amounts of adrenaline and intensity which were released on the ball.  

What I like most about Emory:  It's in the beautiful ATL
 
I would like to switch places for the day with:  Danika Patrick

The best thing about being part of the Emory Softball Team is:  As a group, on or off the field, we're pretty darn intimidating.  
 
My favorite place on the Emory campus:  The Glenn Memorial sanctuary

The sports teams I followed when I was younger:  My dad usually had auto racing on the tv.  That's the only sport I remember watching much of.  I was a Buddy Lazier fan.  

Favorite Sporting Event to Watch:  The month of pro-baseball where the National League plays the American League

My favorite class at Emory and why:  Professor: Robert Coleman.  Physics: How Things Work.  
 
Any pre-game rituals:  No rituals, unless it's visiting the trainer for tending the scrapes and bruises.
 
The sport I would be playing if I wasn't playing softball: Gymnastics

Ten years from now I see myself:  Hopefully a lot wiser, and not paying many college-loan debts.

My most memorable athletic moment was: Hitting a Grand Slam my senior year of high school against our rival school to put us in the playoffs.  It was a double bonus because the pitcher was my brother's ex-girlfriend.

My most memorable Emory athletic moment: My first UAA Tournament.

The people who have helped me most at Emory are and why: All of my coaches and teammmates for being extrememly supportive about everything and my roommate Kerry Madison because well... She's the best!

Any pre-game rituals: Yes, I have a certain way I put on my socks.

The sport I would be playing if I wasn't playing softball: Volleyball

Ten years from now I see myself: Hopefully out of law school and in NYC.

If I could have dinner with only three people in history, they would be: Roger Maris,  Walter Payton, and my grandfather.  

The best advice I have ever been given and who gave it to you: "Swing hard, just in case you hit it." One of my old hitting coaches.

My most memorable athletic moment was:  Winning the Elmhurst Youth Baseball Minor Division Championship in 1994 by a score of 14-4.  This win forever solidified our spot as the most dominate Little League team ever in the Chicagoland area, slightly edging out the legendary Bellwood Heating team.

My most memorable Emory athletic moment:  Ask again at the end of the season.

What I like most about Emory:  My favorites, in no particular order, are the business school, my friends, and the weather.

I would like to switch places for the day with:  My mom before she had kids.

Favorite Sporting Event to Watch:  Why be picky?  I'll watch anything remotely resembling a competition.

My favorite class at Emory and why:  Social Influence, my freshman seminar, because Dr. Strock was enthusiastic about the class, her lectures were fun, and the material can be seen in everyday life.

The people who have helped me most at Emory are and why:  The seniors on the softball team during my freshman year.  I could not have asked for better leaders, mentors, or friends during my freshman year.

Any pre-game rituals:  Nope.

The sport I would be playing if I wasn't playing softball:  Competitive Juggling

My most memorable Emory athletic moment: Getting hit in the face at UAA's sophmore year and spending endless hours in the Altamonte Springs hospital.....black eyes and facemasks ensued, it was not a pretty sight.

The people who have helped me most at Emory are and why: The softball seniors who graduated my freshmen year because they are some of the greatest people I know and their wisdom continues to help me everyday even though they are no longer here at Emory.

The people who have helped me most at Emory are and why: KS, CW, AW, KB, LW, DD. Always there, through and through.

Any pre-game rituals:  Nope. Not really. I am pretty systematic about my warm up and all of my gear has to be in the same place at the very end of the bench in the dugout.

The sport I would be playing if I wasn't playing softball: Rowing or maybe cricket?? That might be fun!
