my first season at Emory, so I'm going to hold off on my most
memorable moment for Salem.
What I like most about Emory: The beautiful
campus. You don't see this kind of landscape in Arizona.
The best thing about being part of the Emory Softball Team
is: The fifteen other girls on the field that fight right
along side me
My favorite place on the Emory campus:
Cox Computer Center, that place is pretty neat.

why: The unbelievable coaching staff, my teammates, and my
roommate Jenn. They have had a huge role in making my transfer
smooth and enjoyable.
Any pre-game rituals: In the bullpen before
the game, I always warm up my pitches in the same order.

softball: I've always wanted to play tennis

A memorable athletic moment was: My senior spring, after coming back from knee surgery, I hit the game winning single against our schools arch-rival.
What I like most about Emory: The thing that I like most about Emory is the amazing opportunities it presents for its students. No matter what you are interested in, there is always a place to pursue that interest.
I would like to switch places for the day with: A professional athlete because I would love to know what it feels like to play in front of thousands of people in a professional stadium.
The best thing about being part of the Emory Softball Team is: My teammates, coaches, and being part of a family.
My favorite place on the Emory campus: Glenn Memorial Church. Last year I saw the Nine Lessons and Carols show in it and it was done by candle light, it was absolutely gorgeous.

The people who have helped me most at Emory are and
why: Coach Siqueiros because she is there for me both on
and off the field and not only gives me advice on how to become a
better softball player, but on how to become a better person.

during warm up.
The sport I would be playing if I wasn't playing softball: If I wasn't playing softball I would play tennis.
Ten years from now I see myself: Ten years from now I see myself as being an orthopaedic surgeon, being married, and living somewhere in the southeast.

a particular moment, but just having the support and confidence of
my coaches, teammates, and my parents to start at a position I have
had little experience with.
What I like most about Emory: The manageable size
makes it easy to run into friends and familiar faces in every part
of campus, which makes Emory feel like home.

countries who give us firsthand accounts of their educational

why: My friends and my teammates because they always
remind me that things will work themselves out as long as I work
hard and do everything I can to succeed in whatever I do.
