What I like most about Emory: All the friends I have made.

The best thing about being part of the Emory Softball Team is: Being able to hang out with some of my best friends while playing the sport I love.

My favorite place on the Emory campus: At the risk of sounding cheesy, I would have to say the softball field.

Favorite pro athlete: It is a tie between Alex Rodriguez and Derek Jeter.

The sports teams I followed when I was younger: When it comes to professional teams I support the NY Yankees, Pittsburgh Steelers and the Carolina Hurricanes. When it comes to college sports I go for UNC and Appalachian State.

Favorite Sporting Event to Watch: I think my favorite sporting event would have to be the Super Bowl. Even if I don't like the teams that are playing there are usually some really funny commercials.

My favorite class at Emory and why: So far my favorite class has been my Ancient Mediterranean Studies class because we get to read stories from classical mythology about heroes and monsters.

The people who have helped me most at Emory are and why: My friends and my team mates because they are always there to make me feel better when I am feeling overwhelmed.

Any pre-game rituals: I like to put my head phones in and close my eyes while I listen to my pre-game play list. It allows me to clear my mind and get myself pumped at the same time.

The sport I would be playing if I wasn't playing softball: Probably soccer.

Ten years from now I see myself: I see myself with a PhD, working in a lab doing medical research. I would also like to be married with kids by then.
