Fine rookie campaign that saw her start all 44 games that she played in, with all of those starting nods coming at shortstop … Finished third on the team and 11th among UAA players with a hitting mark of .379 (47 of 124) … Scored 38 runs, good for fourth place on the team and seventh on the UAA ladder … NFCA All-Atlantic Region Third Team … Became the first Emory freshman since 2011 to be selected to the All-UAA First Team and was named the league’s Rookie of the Year … Member of the UAA All-Tournament Team … Hit .419 (13 of 32) over 10 games at the UAA Tournament … Produced 14 multi-hit contests and drove in two or more runs on seven occasions … Socked four homer and registered 28 RBIs … 15th in the UAA in slugging percentage (.565) … First career homer was a solo shot in a 9-1 win over Rowan (Feb. 28) … Combined 4-for-6 effort at the plate with 5 RBIs and two runs scored in a doubleheader sweep of Roanoke (Mar. 26) – In the second game of the twinbill vs. Roanoke, she went 3-for-3 and totaled three RBIs, including a two-run double, in a 12-2 win … Collected two hits and singled in Emory’s first run in the top of the second in an eight-inning, 5-4 win over Berry in the deciding game of the NCAA Mount Berry Regional (May 15) … Picked up two hits in two at-bats and batted in two runs with a single that keyed a five-run, fourth inning in an 8-2 win vs. Shorter (Apr. 7) … Delivered a two-run single in the top of the eighth inning that snapped a 1-1 tie, and later scored in the frame as part of a four-run uprising in a 5-1 outcome over Lynchburg (Mar. 24) … Two safeties and crossed the plate twice in a five-inning, 8-0 win vs. Maryville (Mar. 17) … Two hits in three trips to the plate included a solo homer that gave the Eagles a 2-0 edge in a 7-2 victory over Case Western (Mar. 11) … Picked up three of the squad’s eight hits in a 4-1 win vs. NYU (Mar. 9) … Two hits, including a two-out, two-run double in the bottom of the third that provided Emory with a 2-1 lead in an eventual 4-3 win in nine innings vs. Lake Forest (Mar. 6) … Finished with a 3-for-4 hitting performance, stroked a two-run double and scored three times in an 11-3 win vs. Averett (Feb. 20) … 3-for-3 in a 7-3 verdict over Huntingdon (Feb. 14).
