Natalie Costero joins the coaching staff for the 2023 season as an assistant coach following a standout year with the Eagles last season.

Costero transferred to Emory in 2022 to play her final season of collegiate softball. She started, and played in, 36 contests for the Eagles. During her one-year tenure, she was named to the All-UAA Second Team and held the eighth-highest batting average (.353) in the conference facing UAA opponents. Costero finished top five for the Eagles in batting average (.333), hits (32), and RBI (18).

Prior to being at Emory, Costero played four years at Lynn University where she served as the captain her junior and senior year.

Costero is currently studying at the Emory University School of Law while serving as assistant coach.
