Emory University will "THINK PINK" on Sunday, Feb. 12 when the Eagles' women's basketball team hosts Brandeis University starting at 2:00 p.m. 

As part of the THINK PINK campaign, fans attending the game are asked to wear pink to show support in the fight against breast cancer.  Those in attendance will receive free Think Pink items (as supplies last).  Other festivities will include free food, giveaways and entertainment. At half-time, families that have been affected by the disease, breast cancer survivors, as well as researchers working to find a cure, will be recognized.  The Emory athletic department will make a donation to the Winship Cancer Institute on the campus of Emory University to assist in their cutting-edge technology in the battle against the dreaded disease.

In recognition of the "Think Pink" initiative, the Emory women's basketball team will be wearing pink uniforms that have been specially designed for the afternoon by Russell Athletic. This annual event is possible thanks to a number of corporate sponsors who played a vital role in the event including: Courtyard Marriott Executive Park & Northlake, Russell Athletic, the A&E Group, Emory Athletics, Sodexo, and Coca-Cola.

 2/10 – Friday – SPC presents "Pink Tie Affair" – Featuring Dueling Piano's - Cox Ballroom  8:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. ;  Semi-Formal attire.  Pink Ties and Scarves are available for purchase - $10. 

 2/11 – Saturday – Think Pink Cookout at Emory Softball Field 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

 2/12 – Sunday – Emory Women's Basketball THINK PINK game vs. Brandeis University.  Woodruff PE Center 2:00 p.m. – preceded by the men's game at noon
