Junior Khadijah Sayyid paced the Emory women's basketball team
in both scoring and rebounding in road games at Brandeis and New
York University.
Sayyid averaged 11.0 points and 9.0 rebounds over the two contests
including the NYU game when she chalked up team highs with 13
points and 12 rebounds, her sixth double-double of the campaign.
She opened with weekend by ranking second on the squad in scoring
with nine points, while contributing a team-high six rebounds, at
Brandeis.
Sayyid recorded steals in both contests and has thefts to her
credit in all 18 Emory games.
