The No. 5 ranked Emory University women's golf team is headed back to the NCAA Championships for the fourth consecutive season as the NCAA tournament field was announced Monday afternoon. 

The Eagles are one of 29 teams selected for this year's NCAA Championships and enters the tournament as the third seed with Carnegie Mellon owning the top seed. In addition to the 29 teams, six individuals were chosen to compete.

The championships will consist of both team and individual competition conducted concurrently. Following 36 holes of competition, the field will eb cut to the top 15 teams and top six individuals not on one of those teams to finish the competition. In the team competition, the low four scores from each team for each day will count in the team's total score.

The championships will be conducted May 21-24 at the Keene Trace Golf Club in Nicholasville, Kentucky.
