Emory University senior Lidija Barauskas scored the game-winning goal during the fifth-ranked Eagles 2-0 win over Carnegie Mellon University on Saturday.  Barauskas gave the Eagles a 1-0 lead with an unassisted goal in the 63^rd minute, intercepting a clearance attempt by the Tartans’ defense inside the box and returning a shot into the back of the net for the goal.  It was the third game-winning goal of the season for the center midfielder, tying her for the team lead.  She has scored four goals and assisted on two others for 10 points during the campaign, helping Emory to the first undefeated regular season in Emory Athletics history (15-0-2) and the University Athletic Association (UAA) Championship in 2011.
